The Season 2 finale of “The Vampire Diaries” saw a very different version of Hanna and Stefan’s relationship.
“The only thing that changed was that she wanted to kill him,” the character’s new love interest said.
“She wanted to save him from himself.”
But instead of being happy with this newfound power, Stefan got hurt and left his sister in despair.
But instead, it’s his best friend, Hanna, who makes a change.
“We are so proud of her, and we’re so happy for her,” Stefan said.
It’s Hanna’s first season in a long time.
Season 2 was the first time Stefan and Hanna had a relationship, and the two shared a bond that had been hinted at in previous seasons.
“Hanna is so much more mature and she has a really strong, mature heart,” Stefan told New York magazine in the premiere.
“I feel like she has that, and she really has the potential to be really strong.”
In this scene, Stefan and his sister get to bond again after Hanna killed her father.
In the first episode, Stefan was in a state of confusion when he found his sister, but now he’s a stronger man.
“He’s not the same person,” Stefan explained.
“But he’s still very protective of her.
I think that’s very healthy.”
The show has also expanded the roles of the main couple, with the two getting to work together more.
“There’s a lot more of a focus on Hanna, because that’s her bread and butter,” executive producer Julie Plec said.
But Stefan, who has been working with Hanna since season 1, said he didn’t want her to be the only love interest for her brother.
“If we wanted to do something like that, then we would have to do it in a more complicated way,” he said.
And while Stefan has a new relationship, he is still on his own in Season 2.
“And I don’t think it’s going to be as happy for him as it was in the beginning,” Plec added.
“Because the last two years have been very tough for him.”
“Hannam’s” love interest, Lucille, is also the new love of Stefan’s.
The new love is a member of the Order of the Golden Dawn, a group of vampires who believe that humans are destined to die and are in danger.
Stefan is one of them.
He also has a daughter named Caroline.
But as Lucille’s powers increase, Stefan begins to see her as a threat.
“In the premiere, she was in some danger, but I think she was going to survive,” Plecz said.
She was not going to lose her powers.
“This is the moment where she gets it,” Pleci said of Caroline.
“As much as I love her, it was really a scary time.”
“There are two sides to her, so I don`t think it`s fair to characterize her as this monster,” Plecs added.
Stefan still feels the same way about Lucille.
“At this point, I don’ think there`s a whole lot of jealousy,” he told New Yorker magazine.
“When she kills her father, she wants to kill herself.”
But the fact that Caroline is still alive also gives him hope.
“That’s why I love Caroline so much,” he confessed.
“It makes me feel like a whole different person.
I feel like I have a whole new purpose, a whole whole new world, a completely new way of thinking.”
Stefan also revealed that he doesn’t think his sister is a threat to him anymore.
“Yes, I do, because of Caroline,” he admitted.
“Now, it`ll be different.”
Lucille was recently cast as the villain in the second season of “Hannah.”
But she is not the only one.
In Season 2’s finale, the Vampire Diarist, Stefan, and his love interest Caroline were able to finally see each other for the first and only time.
“Her death has really changed me,” Stefan revealed.
“For the first few days, it wasn’t even real.
But now, I feel much stronger and I can see Caroline again.”
